A unicorn head in profile, its mane divided into bands of dots, scales and spirals.
Unicorn head mandala coloring page
- Difficulty Challenging
- Age 6 years and up
- Time 45-55 min
A unicorn's head in profile fills the page, its mane broken into long curling bands and every band filled with a different pattern: dots, scales, flowers, chevrons, spirals. The horn is ridged, a flower design sits on the cheek and the eye is drawn with lashes. There is no scene and no background, just pattern inside pattern, and the sane way through it is one small area at a time rather than one color at a time. The unicorn mermaid is the other page here with enough small shapes to fill a long sitting.
How to color Unicorn head mandala
- purple + teal + coral Pick three or four colors before starting and keep to them, or the mane turns to noise.
- deep blue + pink Work band by band down the mane, alternating two of your colors so the bands stay apart.
- Leave the face pale and the horn light, so the eye lands there rather than on the patterns.
